A new SaaS product to help GP practices manage their practice demand virtually through a single platform. This project used iterative design thinking models and smart AI solutions to simplify the process of managing patients.

We redesigned the portal that 300k members use to manage their pension.

A new, end-to-end, direct-to-consumer eCommerce ordering tool for controlled drugs to service procurement teams and clinicians at hospitals. This initiative enabled a direct route to customers through a standalone platform, improved the customer experience and increased revenue.
